A beautiful new recreational room addition in River Walk, for Jim and Cheryl

Today we begin construction of a special addition over the garage for Jim and Cheryl. The structure will be improved to support a 1000 lb. slate pool table, dart board center, special cabinetry accents, recessed lighting, and entertainment Dry Bar Center for guest convenience. The room will include special AutoCAD structural design, and complete renovation for the new structural requirements. The new insulated Paladian window with two sidelights will enhance the natural lighting for the space, and permit a touch of elegance to this room’s function.
