Ms. Victoria York is the principal broker of Hampton Roads Global Realty & Investments, LLC; she is licensed in the State of Virginia.
Ms. York specializes in providing professional real estate services to buyers and sellers. Her goal is to build long-term business relationships with her clients by adhering to the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards. She is a skillful negotiator, and her exceptional educational background, commitment, and work experience guarantee her clients superior representation.

Victoria York graduated with a degree in Library & Information Management and began her career as a manager of continuing education programs. She next managed the library of the Academy of Political Education in Tutzing, in the vicinity of Munich, Germany.
Striving to advance her career, Ms. York then decided to broaden her education by studying civil engineering at the Technical University of Munich, Fortran programming at the Institute of Space Flight Technology in Munich, and data processing at the Institute of Computer Science in Munich. She also became an expert in Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. After establishing her own company, Ms. York worked with architects and civil engineering companies on residential, commercial, and government projects in areas ranging from construction to city planning and landscaping.

Ms. York's work experience and her interests in custom house design and construction finally led her into the real estate market, where she uses her advanced knowledge, skills, and long-term expertise to provide friendly and superior customer service to first-time and experienced buyers, sellers and investors. She assists her clients with a wide range of property transactions, ranging from duplexes, townhouses, and condominiums to single family houses, waterside properties, and commercial properties.

Ms. York understands the importance of the latest technology and the significance of continuing education and is using such tools to stay ahead of any developments in the dynamic real estate market of Hampton Roads.
